What is Active Self-Care?
Self-care is more than bubble baths and occasional treats.
Active self-care involves intentionally taking steps to support your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
The Weekly Reset provides a dedicated time each week to step away from distractions, tune into your needs, and practice evidence-informed mindfulness and wellbeing strategies that can be incorporated into everyday life.
What to Expect
No previous experience with mindfulness is required.
Each weekly session includes:
