No refunds are provided for digital products unless required under the Australian Consumer Law or due to a fault/error in delivery.
5. Privacy and Client Information
We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and NSW Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002. Your information is collected and used only for the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy, including therapy, billing, and client care.
6. Therapy Services & Cancellations
All therapeutic services provided via telehealth or in-person are delivered by registered professionals in accordance with the Psychology Board of Australia’s Code of Conduct and the NSW Health Practitioner Regulation National Law.
You may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a full session fee charge. Exceptions may apply for emergencies at our discretion.
7. Payments
All fees for services and products are listed in AUD and inclusive of GST. Payment is required upfront or at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
We accept credit card, debit card, and direct deposit. Late payments may result in cancellation of services and/or suspension of access to materials.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Insight Collective & Co. will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from:
Use or misuse of our services or website;
Inappropriate application of any information or tools provided on our site;
Delays or disruptions to service caused by technical failures, force majeure events, or internet outages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any guarantees or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of NSW. You agree to attempt informal resolution before commencing any legal process.
