What this is

The Anxiety Reset is a 6-week, one-on-one support cycle designed to help you better understand your anxiety and build practical tools to navigate it.

This isn’t open-ended therapy.

It’s a structured, supportive space with a clear focus each week, so you know where you’re going and how to get there.

What we focus on

Over 6 weeks, we gently work through:

  • Understanding your anxiety (brain + body)

  • Nervous system regulation and grounding tools

  • Overthinking and anxious thought patterns

  • Avoidance cycles and behavioural patterns

  • Self-pressure, perfectionism, and emotional load

  • Bringing it all together into a personalised plan

Everything is tailored to you, your experiences, your pace, your goals.

What this can help with

This support cycle may be helpful if you are experiencing:

  • Constant overthinking or worry

  • Feeling overwhelmed or mentally exhausted

  • Difficulty switching off or relaxing

  • High-functioning anxiety (coping on the outside, struggling underneath)

Each session is 1:1 and guided, with space for both support and skill-building.

What sessions look like

Program Details

  • 6 individual sessions (1 per week)

  • 1.5 hours per session

  • $200 per session

  • In Person (Camden) and Telehealth (Australia-wide)

  • Limited availability every 6 weeks.
