We accept Mental Health Care Plans, allowing eligible clients to access rebates for psychological services. If you are unsure about your eligibility or need assistance in obtaining a Mental Health Care Plan, our team can guide you through the process. We are a private service and as such do not bulk bill

At Insight Collective & Co, we are committed to making mental health services accessible and affordable. Clients with a valid Mental Health Care Plan are eligible for a Medicare rebate of $96.65 per session, significantly reducing the overall cost of care.
Mental Health Care Plans:
If you don’t already have a Mental Health Care Plan, you can obtain one through your GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician. This plan allows eligible individuals to access rebates for a specified number of sessions each year, making professional psychological support more affordable. As a private practice we do not accept Bulk Billing ClientsWe understand that navigating rebates and plans can be overwhelming, so our team is here to help guide you through the process. Counsellor
$150 Initial Session | $150 Ongoing Session

Sessions with a Counsellor are not eligible for Medicare rebates, as counselling services are not covered under Mental Health Treatment Plans.
However, to ensure that professional mental health support remains accessible and affordable, counselling sessions are offered at a significantly lower rate compared to sessions with a registered psychologist.
This makes counselling an excellent option for individuals seeking high-quality support without the need for a referral or treatment plan. Our counsellors are highly trained and dedicated to helping clients navigate challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve personal growth in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
