This space is here as a gentle next step, something you can return to in your own time, without pressure.
What’s inside the Camden Calm Toolkit
Inside, you’ll find a gentle, step-by-step guide to understanding anxiety and supporting your nervous system in everyday moments.
This includes:
An understanding of how anxiety can become a cycle, and how to begin shifting it
Grounding and breathing practices to help bring you back into the present moment
Ways to respond to anxious thoughts with more space and compassion
Reflection prompts to reconnect with yourself
Small, practical steps to help you find your way back to calm
and so much more!
These are the same types of tools we use in sessions, adapted so you can come back to them in your own time, at your own pace.
