Liesl Sellers
Psychotherapist | PACFA
Liesl is a PACFA-registered psychotherapist who works with adults and couples via telehealth, offering a warm, grounded, and collaborative space to explore what’s been feeling difficult.
She supports individuals experiencing anxiety, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions, and works with couples wanting to strengthen connection, communication, and understanding within their relationship.
Liesl’s approach is gentle and thoughtful. She takes the time to really understand your experiences, helping you make sense of patterns, emotions, and the ways you’ve learned to cope. Her work is centred around creating a space where you feel safe enough to be open, and supported enough to begin making meaningful changes.
As a person, Liesl is warm, calm, and deeply present. She brings a steady, non-judgemental energy into her sessions, allowing clients to feel heard, understood, and not rushed. She values genuine connection and believes therapy should feel like a space where you can show up exactly as you are.
Her telehealth sessions offer flexibility and comfort, making it easier to access support in a way that fits into your life.
